Information System for Internet Service Provider

This bachelor's thesis describe information system for internet service provider (ISP) with NetFlow technology for monitoring of networks. The thesis characterizes whole NetFlow architecture, individual protocols, their best advantages and frequency application. It specifies detail design and implementation of information system and their basic parts. To achievement this design was applied technology XHTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL, which offer strong implement for making of dynamic application available on network Internet.
The Impact of the Implementation of the Facade System on the Building Construction Cost

The goal of the dissertation is to compare individual structures, and to choose the facade system for whose execution the lowest costs will be required, and to compare the resulting structure with the technical and economical indicator. At the beginning of the dissertation the author focused on the explanation of terms. The following terms were gradually clarified: External cladding and its heat and technical properties, facade system, methods of valuation of tangible fixed assets and building works. Then the author divided façade systems into contact facade systems and the facade systems with an air gap, and described available materials on the Czech market.
Customer Satisfaction Analysis and Proposals for its Improvement

The thesis focuses on customer satisfaction analysis of the company TEWECO GROUP s.r.o., which provides Internet connectivity in the district of Hodonin, and proposals to increase it. The theoretical part describes the problematics of marketing research. The practical part analyzes the results of marketing research of customers of TEWECO GROUP s.r.o. Based on this information, measures are proposed, which should increase customer satisfaction and bring higher revenue to the company.
Extensible Provider for Windows Powershell

This thesis deals with the design and implementation of an extensible provider for Windows PowerShell. This provider allows registering the adapters which provide access to various data stores. The thesis gives an introduction into PowerShell and outlines how to realize new extensions. It then elaborates the architecture of the provider in detail. Next part is devoted to the design and implementation of the adapter for compressed files. For this purpose, the SevenZip library is used which had to be adapted for the use from C# language. Therefore, the thesis also includes description of the wrapper allowing the library utilization from the managed code.
The role of private security agencies and their status in the labor market

The dissertation "The role of private security companies and their position in the labor market" focuses on a comprehensive assessment of the state of commercial security in the Czech Republic in terms of the legislation, which define their existence and activities. The main emphasis is on the state, as major customer security services - the dissertation examines the way in which they are purchased by the security services and the consequent impact on the commercial security market in the Czech Republic. The first part describes the theoretical and factual bases, which are necessary for the empirical part of the dissertation and interpretation of the findings. This is essentially a brief history of private security services, their typology and the role they occupy in the security system of our country and also about the current legislation, which regulates the activities of private security services. The research mainly uses the method of case study are explored individual "cases", fives tenders for the purchase of security services according to the "Law on public procurement", which are then processed into generalizing case studies. Consumer credit Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the topic of consumer credit, focusing on a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the development of consumer credit legislation not only in the Czech Republic, but also with a focus on essential legislation of the European Community and the European Union. The thesis is also focused on answering the theses set out in the introduction, which focus mainly on the issue of assessing the creditworthiness of consumers and the issue of regulation of providers and intermediaries and their impact on the activities of these entities in practice. For this purpose, the thesis is structured into seven parts, in which the legal regulation of consumer credit is systematically described, and certain essential or problematic passages are analysed in more detail. The first part of the thesis defines the basic concepts that are used in all aspects of consumer credit legislation and simultaneously in this thesis. The second part follows, which deals with the historical development of consumer credit from its very beginnings, through the development of consumer credit legislation in Community law, to the development of consumer credit legislation in our legal system. Lex causae of consumer contracts with international element

The thesis is based on the previous work of the author written as a thesis to terminate undergraduate studies in law. In the beginning, it covers two main sources of the EU law regarding the lex causae of contracts with an international element in the area of civil and commercial obligations, i. e. The Rome convention and the Rome I Regulation. In order to better capture the evolution in determination of the lex causae in commercial and civil contracts with an international element, the author introduces first the former and consequently in a comparative way, also the latter. Since this part of the thesis is presented in more general way, it follows that the author deals with the particular issue of consumer protection in the second part. The second part of the thesis covers the issue of consumer contracts as regards the Rome convention and the Rome I Regulation. While generally, contracts are characterized by their nature of performance, in the case of consumer contracts, it is the nature of contractual parties which is decisive.
